All prices displayed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR).

MW MedSupplies is not VAT registered. VAT will not be charged separately unless our VAT registration status changes and this is communicated appropriately.

Prices may change from time to time. The price applicable to an order will be the price displayed at checkout when the order is placed, subject to correction of genuine errors.

Orders are subject to payment confirmation unless alternative payment terms have been agreed in writing.

5. Orders and Availability

MW MedSupplies may contact customers regarding stock availability, payment issues or incorrect order information.

If MW MedSupplies cannot supply an order, the customer will be notified and any applicable refund will be processed in accordance.

6. Delivery

Delivery is available within the Mossel Bay area.

Customers outside Mossel Bay must arrange their own courier or use the MW MedSupplies courier service at their own cost.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms of Service limits any consumer rights provided by South African law.

8. Product Safety

Medical consumables must be used by appropriately trained persons where required and in accordance with their intended purpose.

MW MedSupplies does not provide medical advice through its online store.
